Documentaires sur Donald Trump


Né en 1946 à New York, Donald J. Trump, homme d'affaire et animateur de télévision américain, a été élu en 2016 Président des Etats-Unis comme candidat du Parti républicain. Et ce, malgré l'opposition méprisante de la quasi-totalité de médias partiaux, d'artistes et d'universitaires. Une victoire non prévue par les experts, notamment en France. Par des documentaires partiaux, le service public audiovisuel français ne permet pas de comprendre cet homme d'Etat remarquable ainsi que les enjeux de sa présidence, et occulte ses résultats exceptionnels : taux historiquement bas du chômage, notamment parmi des minorités - Afro-américains, hispanophones - et croissance soutenue avant la pandémie de coronavirus, pressions efficaces sur l'Iran et la Corée du ord menaçant avec leur programme militaire nucléaire, la Chine aspirant à un leadership mondial, éliminations des dirigeants de l'Etat Islamique (ISIS),  déplacement de l'ambassade des Etats-Unis de Tel Aviv à Jérusalem (Israël) sans induire de trouble dans le Moyen-Orient, "accords d'Abraham" signés entre l'Etat d'Israël et deux Etats Arabes - Emirats Arabes Unis (EAU), Bahreïn -, etc. Arte diffusera le 27 octobre 2020 "Trump contre Biden - Quel président pour l’Amérique ?" (Amerika hat die Wahl: Trump gegen Biden) par Mike Wiser et Michael Kirk.


Les réactions de la quasi-totalité des médias, journalistes et documentaristes français ont consisté à déformer, voire nier la réalité, au travers d'un filtre partial. Une pratique sclérosée qui les empêche d'informer et de procéder à une analyse pertinente. Et qui révèle une impossibilité ou un refus de s'adapter à une nouvelle donne mondiale, une peur du changement comme si la situation actuelle était exemplaire et paradisiaque, un attachement irraisonné à une doxa orwellienne.

Les 24 janvier et 9 février 2017, France 5 diffusera, dans le cadre du Monde en face présenté par Marine Carrère d'Encausse, L'inquiétant Mr Trump, documentaire de Romain Besnainou et Stéphane LopezLe titre est emblématique de la pratique sclérosée de médias, journalistes et documentaristes filtrant la réalité au travers d'un filtre partial. Ce qui les empêche d'informer et de procéder à une analyse pertinente. Et ce qui participe à une entreprise de délégitimation et de diffamation du Président américain Donald Trump.

Un "récit de 72 jours" qui ont modifié "la face du monde" émaillé d'interviews de la "working class" appauvrie par des politiques désastreuses : réglementation bureaucratique, fiscalité alourdie, abandon du charbon pour des énergies plus coûteuses, etc. 


Le film colporte des rumeurs infondées en stigmatisant Steve Bannon accusé à tort de diriger Breitbart, "journal nationaliste", et d'être "raciste, antisémite".

Richard D. Wolff, universitaire, évoque l'hostilité contre les musulmans. Les sondages ont montré que depuis les attentats islamistes du 11 septembre 2001, les actes antisémites sont plus nombreux que les actes contre les musulmans : selon le FBI, en 2015, 57% des actes haineux religieux aux Etats-Unis ont visé les Juifs, et 16% les musulmans. 


"Depuis son élection en novembre dernier, Donald Trump n'a cessé de bousculer les codes. Du haut du 66e étage de la Trump Tower, les communiqués officiels ont fait place à des avalanches de tweets. De la constitution de son équipe, mélange de généraux, de grandes fortunes et d'ultra-conservateurs, aux revirements en matière de politique étrangère, Donald Trump dessine peu à peu les contours de sa présidence. Le réalisateur Romain Besnainou s'est rendu aux Etats-Unis pour suivre durant 60 jours la montée en puissance de celui qui s'apprête à devenir l'homme le plus puissant du monde, de son élection à son investiture le 20 janvier 2017".

"Ce qui surprend le monde est l'effondrement du "politiquement correct", constate avec pertinence Guido Lombardi, ami de Donald Trump. Et d'expliquer que le Président américain choisit ses collaborateurs non sur le critère du suivisme, mais sur le critère de l'innovation. Ce qui explique la conversation téléphonique du Président Trump avec présidente taïwanaise Tsai Ing-wen - les Etats-Unis avaient rompu leurs relations diplomatiques en 1979 - le 2 décembre 2016.

"Psychodrame avec le New York Times" ? Mais, après l'élection de Donald Trump, ce journal a présenté des excuses à ses lecteurs pour n'avoir pas "capté la colère bouillonnante d'une large partie de l'électorat américain... qui s'est senti non respecté par l'establishment de Washington, de Wall Street et des principaux médias" (MSM).

"L'Amérique que veut incarner Donald Trump est plus militaire et plus autoritaire" ? C'est oublier la volonté du Président élu de vaincre le terrorisme islamiste - al Qaïda, Etat islamique - qui a frappé durement les Etats-Unis et d'autres pays dont la France, la Belgique et l'Etat juif.

Le Président Trump a condamné le vote par le Conseil de sécurité onusien en décembre 2016 et veut transférer le siège de l'ambassade des Etats-Unis de Tel Aviv à Jérusalem. Il rompt avec "la politique de paix appliquée par Jérusalem", commente le réalisateur. "Ceci risque d'engendrer beaucoup de chaos et de violence... Ceci pourrait coûter des vies", allègue Ruchi Anand. Quelle ignorance du droit, de l'Histoire ! Quelle "politique de paix" ? Le chaos et la violence sont déjà là. Et l'Union européenne finance les incitations de l'Autorité palestinienne à la haine des Juifs et de l'Occident, au terrorisme, etc.

Les "climato-sceptiques" ? Le documentaire élude les arguments contre le "réchauffement climatique".

Qui a fomenté ces violences à l'approche de l'investiture du Président Donald Trump ? Pourquoi avoir caché que la Marche des Femmes était dirigée par Linda Sarsour, Américano-palestinienne antisémite, ayant des liens familiaux avec le mouvement terroriste islamiste Hamas dont elle a récemment rencontré le financier ? Quid de la cinquantaine d'associations ayant organisé ces Marches pour les Femmes (Women Marches) et soutenues financièrement par Soros ?

Le reste est à l'avenant...

"Sulfureux". C'est ainsi que de prime abord Marine Carrère d'Encausse qualifie, sans argumenter, le Président Donald Trump, avant de présenter ses experts-invités, majoritairement hostiles au président américain. Marine Carrère d'Encausse oserait-elle affubler les ayatollahs iraniens ou les dirigeants algériens d'épithètes similaires ? 

Et Marine Carrère d'Encausse d'ajouter : "Donner le droit à tous les Américains de porter une arme est sans doute une promesse cohérente pour un Président qui a pour programme de partir en guerre tous azimuts contre les médias, les clandestins, l’islam radical, les immigrants..." !? Que d'amalgames ! Que d'erreurs ! Donald Trump s'est heurté à des MSM qui lui étaient hostiles - 194 médias américains avaient pris position pour Hillary Clinton, contre 6 seulement en faveur de Donald Trump -, qui ont couvert partialement sa campagne électorale. Le Président américain veut vaincre l'islam radical, et ce combat intègre le contrôle des frontières américaines.


Mike Pence ? Un "vice président chrétien créationniste, ultra conservateur". Qu'est-ce qu'un "ultra-conservateur" par rapport à un conservateur ? Mystère.

Thomas Snégaroff, historien, spécialiste des États-Unis, chroniqueur pour la radio France Info, évoque la crainte de démocrates qu'une "juge vieille" de la Cour suprême décède. Quelle galanterie !!! Et dire que Donald Trump est accusé de ne pas respecter les femmes... 


"Vous voyez que les femmes américaines ont même ici du mal à s'exprimer", ironie Anne Toulouse, journaliste qui rappelle des vérités sur la jurisprudence de la Cour suprême favorable au droit à l'avortement.


Sympa, France 5. La chaîne publique confie une émission sur les relations internationales à une journaliste médicale dont on avait pu cerner les carences et la partialité dans le numéro évoquant de manière louangeuse la diplomatie française, et sans sourciller l'accord signé avec l'Iran en 2015 sur son programme nucléaire militaire. Et dire que le Magazine de la Santé, présenté sur France 5 notamment par Marine Carrère d'Encausse, n'a pas répondu au message envoyé en 2016 par le Dr Lionel Krief, médecin nucléaire français juif ruiné et spolié. Oubli ? Manque de temps ? Censure ? Inquiétant.

Cette soirée sur France 5 a attiré 1,205 millions de téléspectateurs (4,7% de parts d'audience). Ce qui a placé France 5 en quatrième position en termes d'audience.

À la veille de l’investiture de Donald Trump, le 20 janvier, ARTE a diffusé la THEMA Donald Trump : le pouvoir et les médias, un « gros plan sur le 45e président des États-Unis, avec notamment un portrait réalisé par les journalistes de Frontline, la prestigieuse émission américaine de grand reportage de PBS, et un tableau implacable du rapport de forces entre la politique et les médias ». Une soirée présentée par Thomas Kausch. Et partiale.

Qui est Donald Trump, élu le 8 novembre 2016 ? « Pour tenter de répondre, à la lumière d'une foudroyante ascension politique qui a pris de court la plupart des pronostics, Michael Kirk (Du 11-Septembre au califat), l'un des investigateurs chevronnés de l'émission documentaire américaine Frontline, reprend certains éléments de Quel président pour l'Amérique ?, le documentaire qu'il avait consacré, avant le scrutin présidentiel, aux deux candidats, Donald Trump et Hillary Clinton".

Dans Président Trump (Präsident Donald Trump), Michael Kirk « dresse un portrait rigoureux et nuancé du président si peu orthodoxe que s’est donné l’Amérique ».

« Riche héritier élevé à la dure, dans un énorme manoir du Queens, Donald Trump a fait siens très tôt les préceptes impitoyables de son père, magnat de l’immobilier, selon lesquels le monde appartient aux « gagnants », c’est-à-dire aux « tueurs ». De son père, il a hérité l'énergie. Élevé dans une fratrie de cinq enfants, il est envoyé au début des années 1960 à l'Académie militaire de New York. Une institution qui pratique le bizutage. Donald Trump excelle dans le basket ball.

Il veut percer dans l'immobilier à Manhattan. Il choisit Roy Cohn comme avocat, notamment lors d'un procès pour discrimination à l'égard d'Afroaméricains voulant louer un appartement dans leur immeuble. Roy Cohn lui apprend à rendre coup pour coup. Mais les preuves de discriminations sont établies, et la transaction est privilégiée. Cependant, Donald Trump proclame alors avoir gagné.


Il veut construire une tour très haute de 68 étages, la Trump Tower. Et choisit une femme pour l'édifier. Pari réussi ! Mais il ne semble pas avoir été admis par les élites. Il s'installe dans un penthouse sur trois étages en haut de la tour. Il "devient un symbole de réussite économique". Les banques lui accordent des prêts à des conditions avantageuses.

« Suivront des milliards précocement amassés dans l’immobilier, toujours, mais aussi les casinos, une quasi-faillite, un rétablissement boursier aux allures de tour de passe-passe qui lui rendra une grande part de sa fortune, puis une stupéfiante carrière dans la publicité et la télé-réalité (avec la très populaire émission The Apprentice), où il use de son propre personnage » pendant 14 saisons.

Cette « trajectoire haute en couleur, expliquent ses proches et ses biographes (dont son conseiller politique Roger Stone), a donné à cet homme affamé de gloire, n’ayant jamais remporté un mandat avant l’élection du 8 novembre » 2016, un « instinct phénoménal pour comprendre et utiliser à son profit les ressorts de la consommation et du spectacle ».

« De son mentor en politique, le sulfureux avocat Roy Cohn, rendu célèbre par ses manipulations au sein de la commission McCarthy, à ses choix pour former aujourd’hui son futur gouvernement, qui suscitent l’effroi jusque dans le Parti républicain, cette enquête analyse aussi les méthodes et les credo « du » Donald, comme le surnomment les Américains ». Pour ce documentaire, les questions pertinentes de Donald Trump sur le lieu de naissance de Barack Obama relèvent d'une volonté de provocation. Alors qu'elles concernent une question déterminant la possibilité pour un candidat de postuler à la fonction suprême, la Présidence.

La « fin justifie les moyens, « la vérité ne veut pas dire grand-chose » et une mauvaise publicité vaut toujours mieux que le silence… : autant d’adages auxquels les électeurs ont partiellement donné raison ». Quel mépris !

C'est mal comprendre les raisons de la victoire de Donald Trump : le discrédit à l'égard de l'establishment politique de Washington, la méfiance à l'égard de Hillary Clinton, méprisante, corrompue, malade et non charismatique, les deux mandats catastrophiques du Président Barack Obama, l'attrait pour le discours non "politiquement correct" de Donald Trump, l'espoir en un homme d'affaires qui a su remonter la pente après ses échecs et construire un empire financier florissant, etc.

Mon village, le ketchup et Donald Trump (Kings von Kallstadt. Mein Dorf, Ketchup & Der König von New York), de Simone Wendel évoque les origines allemandes de Donald Trump.

« Quel est le point commun entre Donald Trump et la dynastie Heinz, rendue célèbre par son ketchup ? » Ils proviennent de la petite ville allemande de Kallstadt, en Rhénanie-Palatinat.

« C’est de cette commune de mille deux cents âmes qu’émigrèrent au XIXe siècle Henry John Heinz, père du fondateur de la marque, puis Friedrich Trump, grand-père du célèbre magnat de l’immobilier, pour tenter leur chance aux États-Unis ».

La réalisatrice Simone Wendel, « cousine au deuxième degré de Donald Trump, en est originaire elle aussi ».

« Y a-t-il quelque chose dans l’air de ce village qui soit propice à l’ambition ou à l’appel du large ? S’agirait-il des excellents vins de ses coteaux ou de la spécialité locale, l’estomac de truie farci ? De Kallstadt jusqu’aux bureaux de Donald Trump à New York, cette enquête généalogique pleine de malice explore sous un angle inattendu un pan de l’histoire de l’immigration américaine ».

Ces partis pris sont aussi partagés par la majorité des médias juifs français.

« Son film suit cinq citoyens extrêmement différents mais tous assoiffés de renouveau politique ». Mais non révélateurs des Américains moyens. « Dans l'Amérique profonde qui l'a élu, les trois premiers mois du président Trump, vus à travers le quotidien d'un père de famille d'origine yéménite, d'une jeune fondamentaliste chrétienne, d'un travailleur social, d'une ouvrière proche de la retraite, et d'un shérif de l'Arizona, près de la frontière mexicaine ».

« Dans le Michigan, à Hamtramck, l'une des villes qui compte la plus forte proportion de musulmans aux États-Unis, un père de famille d'origine yéménite, qui a voté Trump, est révulsé par le « décret antimusulmans » promulgué une semaine après l'investiture ». Il ne s’agit pas d’un « décrit antimusulmans », mais d’un acte interdisant, temporairement, l’entrée aux Etats-Unis de personnes provenant de sept pays : Irak, Iran, Libye, Somalie, Soudan, Syrie et Yémen. Certains soutiennent financièrement le terrorisme islamiste, d’autres sont déchirés par des guerres et dépourvus d’un Etat pouvant établir sa souveraineté sur tout son territoire. Hamtramck a une majorité de conseillers musulmans au Conseil municipal. Avec des amis musulmans, ce père de famille manifeste contre ce décret.

« À Florence, dans le Mississippi, une jeune fondamentaliste chrétienne et son mari se réjouissent du combat annoncé contre le droit à l'avortement ». C'est une ancienne infirmière contente des promesses déjà tenues par le Président Trump et mère de plusieurs enfants. Elle croit en la théorie de la Création. Le Président Donald Trump a signé un « executive action » qui interdit aux ONG internationales qui pratiquent ou promeuvent l’avortement de recevoir un financement du gouvernement américain, notamment de la US Agency for International Development. Mise en vigueur par le Président Ronald Reagan, cette « Mexico City policy » avait été arrêtée en 2009 par l’administration Obama.

« Dans un quartier déshérité d'Oakland, en Californie, un travailleur social qui s'est refusé à voter dénonce le racisme ordinaire de l'Amérique ». Il tente d'inciter un jeune Afro-américain à poursuivre des études à l'université. Un autre Afro-américain déplore l'inaction du Président Obama. Une élève manifeste contre le président Trump et sa volonté de supprimer Obamacare.

« À Indianapolis, ville industrielle ravagée par les délocalisations, une ouvrière proche de la retraite attend que « son » président fasse revenir les emplois ». Grâce à l'assurance maladie souscrite par son employeur, son cancer a pu être détecté, et elle a pu être soignée. Elle est fière de travailler pour cette compagnie et ses produits.

« En Arizona, près de la frontière mexicaine, un shérif lui aussi favorable à Trump montre que le mur de séparation avec le Mexique a commencé à s'élever sous Obama… » Il montre les découpes du mur, et les réparations. Il déplore l'inaction face aux "cartels de la drogue qui ruine des vies". Il ironise sur l'hostilité à l'égard du "mur de Trump", et du silence à l'égard de celui érigé par Obama. Il croit au "processus légal d'immigration" et veut que la loi soit appliquée. Le message ferme du président Trump a généré une baisse drastique du nombre d'immigrations illégales.

Cette « chronique sensible, au jour le jour, des premiers pas d'un pouvoir imprévisible et en rupture, tant sur le fond que sur la forme, tient aussi celle d'un pays divisé et miné par la crise, dont les citoyens se revendiquent pourtant, chacun à leur manière, acteurs d'un changement possible ».

Puis, Andrea Fies s'entretient avec David M. Herszenhorn, correspondant à Bruxelles de l’hebdomadaire Politico, sur les débuts de la présidence de Donald Trump. Il analyse sa politique étrangère et examine son impact sur les démocraties européennes.

Un documentaire partial qui dénigre Donald Trump. Ainsi, il fustige Donald Trump qui a émis des doutes sur le lieu de naissance du président Barack Hussein Obama figurant sur l'acte de naissance, non pas par démagogie, non pas par esprit complotiste, mais parce que c'est un sujet crucial - "être né citoyen américain" est une condition d'éligibilité à l'élection présidentielle - et concerne la filiation du président Obama.

Ce documentaire élude des questions fondamentales : Donald Trump s'est-il entouré de conseillers autres que Roy Cohn, d'intellectuels, etc. avant de se lancer dans cette campagne qu'il a gagnée ? Et, si oui, lesquels ?

France 3 diffusa le 8 octobre 2018 "Trump, le parrain de Manhattan", documentaire réalisé par Frédéric Mitterrand, puis un débat. "Frédéric Mitterrand signe un documentaire événement sur la jeunesse et l'ascension du 45e président des États-Unis, Donald J. Trump."

"La folle actualité de Donald J. Trump a effacé sa jeunesse. Il vient d’une famille banalement modelée par le capitalisme, il pratique le culte du dollar et de la réussite individuelle que la majorité de ses concitoyens partage. De fait, il est bien plus prévisible, ordinaire et normal que la caricature dans laquelle il se complaît et qui lui sert finalement à atteindre ses objectifs. C’est ainsi qu’il n’a en fait jamais varié dans ses opinions et ses obsessions, et sa force réside aussi dans cette permanence."

"Avec le scandale Cambridge Analytica, l'opinion publique découvre comment les données personnelles de 87 millions d'utilisateurs de Facebook ont été recueillies et exploitées par cette société pour faire gagner Donald Trump en 2016. Cette enquête riche en révélations dévoile les dessous de cette affaire, et le rôle méconnu du milliardaire ultraconservateur Robert Mercer."

Took action to seize illegal drugs and punish those preying on innocent Americans.
In FY 2019, ICE HSI seized 12,466 pounds of opioids including 3,688 pounds of fentanyl, an increase of 35 percent from FY 2018.
Seized tens of thousands of kilograms of heroin and thousands of kilograms of fentanyl since 2017.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) prosecuted more fentanyl traffickers than ever before, dismantled 3,000 drug trafficking organizations, and seized enough fentanyl to kill 105,000 Americans.
DOJ charged more than 65 defendants collectively responsible for distributing over 45 million opioid pills.
Brought kingpin designations against traffickers operating in China, India, Mexico, and more who have played a role in the epidemic in America.
Indicted major Chinese drug traffickers for distributing fentanyl in the U.S for the first time ever, and convinced China to enact strict regulations to control the production and sale of fentanyl."
